How to Comfort a Sad Friend - Video

Unfortunately, we live in a difficult time and have many reasons to feel sad. COVID-19 has brought lots of stress and uncertainty with limited access to our usual coping tools. Many of us struggle with these changes and look to others for comfort and support.

It's easy to avoid talking about feelings because we don't want to say the "wrong thing." We avoid or change the subject when we don't know what else to do. We all want to be a loving and caring friend, but sometimes don't know what to do or say.

Counselor Hannah is here to teach you some helpful tips to comfort a friend in need. You can learn new ways of communicating and deepen your friendships.
