
Holiday Support Group
The holiday season is most commonly associated with feelings of joy and connection. However, there is often pressure during this time that can cause significant stress and disruption to our self-care routines, especially as we attempt to navigate the challenges of these unprecedented times.
This support group will take a look at the neuroscience behind holiday stress and help participants assess their current coping skills and boundaries. It will also help participants develop a plan to incorporate more mindfulness, self-compassion, and intentionality while building resiliency for holiday seasons to come.
This 6 week support group will be led by Brooke Nowak, LPC-Associate supervised by Hannah Milford, LPC-Supervisor.
