Our mission at Happy Camper Counseling is to nurture emotional well-being and resilience by providing caring, accessible support to individuals, families and groups.

A journey of care, creativity, and community

Our Story

Happy Camper Counseling has been part of the Austin community since 2013, beginning in a cozy vintage Airstream camper in Oak Hill. For seven years, we supported children, teens, and adults as they navigated life’s challenges.

In 2020, we moved our practice online and focused on raising our young family, while quietly restoring vibrant vintage campers to use as creative therapy spaces.

Our search for a permanent home led us to a beautiful acre near Lakeway, complete with a creek and waterfall, which we named the Happy Camper Preserve.

Now, as we celebrate more than a decade of service, we’re excited to reopen at the Happy Camper Preserve.

We can’t wait to welcome you into this next chapter, where growth, creativity, and connection guide each step..

Hannah started Happy Camper Counseling with a simple dream: to make therapy feel more welcoming, creative, and authentic for everyone.

Guided by her passion for helping others and her love for unique spaces, she transformed one vintage trailer into a one-of-a-kind therapy experience.

Through vision and determination, Hannah has grown Happy Camper into a place where people of all ages can find support, connection, and a true sense of belonging.
